If you'd like to change your sign-in method, for example from BankID to Passkey or from Passkey to BankID, please contact your company administrator.
Your administrator can send you a new welcome email, allowing you to choose a new sign-in method.
BankID
BankID is a secure sign-in method that gives you access to all features in Nordea.
With BankID, you can:
View your card details.
View your card PIN.
Switch between companies if you have access to multiple companies.
Passkey
A passkey is a passwordless sign-in method that's linked to your device.
You can sign in by verifying your identity using, for example:
Your fingerprint.
Face recognition.
Your device PIN.
Benefits of Passkeys
No passwords to remember.
Highly secure – passkeys are resistant to phishing and can't be guessed like passwords.
Fast sign-in using biometric authentication or your device PIN.
