Use your card for the first time

Once you have connected your accounting system and ordered cards for your team, you're ready to get started.

Your company's accounting system needs to be connected in order to categorize and submit expenses.

Once you have received your card, it's ready to use. You can also add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

For your first in-store purchase, you need to insert the card into the payment terminal and enter your PIN.

After that, you can use contactless payments wherever they are supported.

Once you've made a purchase, you'll receive a notification in the Nordea app. Open the expense to add your receipt, review the details, and select the correct category. When everything is ready, tap Submit.

You can find your PIN in the app under:

My cards → Card settings → View PIN

The virtual card can be used for online purchases and in physical stores when added to Apple Pay or Google Pay. The virtual card does not have a PIN.
