With Nordea, you can connect your accounting system directly to the platform to automate the accounting of your company's expenses.

Can't find your accounting system?
If we do not have a direct integration with your accounting system, you can instead export your transactions as:
CSV
SIE
Excel
Integration license
Some accounting systems require an active integration license in order to connect to third-party systems such as Nordea.
This applies to, among others:
Fortnox
Björn Lundén
Visma
If you are unsure whether you have the correct license, we recommend contacting your accounting system provider.
Before you start
To connect an accounting system to Nordea, you need to:
Be an administrator in Nordea.
Have administrator access to your accounting system.
Have an active integration license if required by the accounting system.
If any of these permissions are missing, the integration cannot be completed.
1. Select your accounting system
Go to Settings → Accounting and select the accounting system you want to connect.
If you connect Fortnox or Visma Spiris, the chart of accounts will be imported automatically once the connection is complete.
2. Select accounting accounts
Once the chart of accounts has been imported, select which accounting accounts should be used in Nordea.
3. Configure categories
Under Categories, you can customize how different types of expenses should be accounted for.
You can edit the predefined categories or create your own by clicking Add category.
For each category, you can configure:
Accounting account
VAT code
Category name
Dimensions
