By connecting Nordea to your accounting system, you can automatically export transactions, receipts, and accounting data.

Note: Some integrations are available only with the Plus plan.
If your accounting system isn't listed
If your accounting system isn't supported, you can export your transactions as:
CSV
SIE

Before you connect
To connect an accounting system, you must:
Be an administrator in Nordea.
Have administrator access to your accounting system.
Have an active integration license if required by your accounting system.
Connect an accounting system
Sign in to Nordea.com.
Go to Accounting settings.
Under the Accounts tab, select the accounting system you want to connect.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
For some accounting systems, such as Fortnox and Visma Spiris, the chart of accounts is imported automatically once the connection has been completed.
Configure your accounting
After the integration has been connected, you can configure how your company's transactions should be accounted for.
Accounts
Under the Accounts tab, choose which ledger accounts should be used for different transaction types.
Categories
Under the Categories tab, you can edit existing categories or create your own.
For each category, you can configure:

Frequently asked questions
Why can't I connect my accounting system?
Make sure that:
You're an administrator in both Nordea and your accounting system.
You have the required permissions.
You have an active integration license if your accounting system requires one.
Can I use Nordea without a direct integration?
Yes. If your accounting system isn't supported, you can export your transactions as CSV or SIE files.
