If a transaction can't be exported, there are several possible reasons. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Did you receive an error message when exporting?
If the export fails, open the transaction to see if your accounting system has returned an error message.
The error message will usually explain what needs to be corrected before the transaction can be exported.
Once the issue has been resolved, try exporting the transaction again.

2. Is the Export button missing?
If the Export button isn't available, the transaction is most likely listed under Not submitted.
A transaction must first be submitted before it can be moved to Ready for export and exported.

3. Is the transaction still pending?
If the transaction is marked with a yellow clock icon, it is still pending and hasn't yet been completed by the merchant.
Pending transactions can't be exported until the transaction has been completed and the clock icon has disappeared.

4. Check your accounting system connection
If the export still doesn't work, the connection between Nordea and your accounting system may need to be reconnected.
A user who is an administrator in both Nordea and the accounting system can reconnect the integration.
Step 1: Go to Accounting settings → Disconnect accounting system
Step 2: Reconnect to your accounting system.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your accounting system's support team and confirming that the user:
Has permission to post accounting entries.
Has administrator permissions for the relevant company.
