As a Plus customer, you can purchase Lounge Access directly in the Nordea mobile app and get access to more than 1,200 airport lounges worldwide through DragonPass.
Before you start
To purchase and use Lounge Access, you need to:
Have an active Plus plan.
Use the Nordea mobile app.
Have a valid Nordea card.
Make sure that your full name in Nordea matches the name on your passport or ID document.
Your lounge pass includes your name and is presented together with your travel documents when visiting the lounge.
How to purchase Lounge Access
Open the Nordea mobile app.
Go to Lounge Access.
Select how many lounge passes you would like to purchase.
Complete the purchase.
Once the purchase is complete, your digital lounge pass will be available in the app.
How to use your lounge pass
When you arrive at the lounge, show your digital lounge pass together with your boarding pass and travel documents to the lounge staff. Your lounge pass contains a QR code that is used to verify your access to the lounge.
We recommend making sure that your lounge pass is available in the app before arriving at the lounge.

Lounge Access can only be purchased through the Nordea mobile app.
The name on your lounge pass must match the details on your travel documents. If the details do not match, you may be denied access.
A lounge pass is not tied to a specific lounge.
