Can I delete a completed transaction?
No. Completed transactions can't be deleted from your Nordea account.
All completed transactions remain in your transaction history, even if they have later been:
Refunded.
Disputed.
Corrected by a separate transaction.
This ensures that your company's transaction and accounting history remains complete.
Mark a transaction as exported without sending it to your accounting system
If a transaction shouldn't be exported to your accounting system, you can instead mark it as exported manually.
This means that the transaction:
Is moved from Ready for export to Exported.
Isn't sent to your accounting system.
Remains available in Nordea.
To do this:
Approve and submit the transaction.
Open the transaction under Ready for export.
Scroll to the bottom of the side panel and click Show next to Export overrides.
Click Mark next to Mark as exported.
Good to know
Marking a transaction as exported does not send it to your accounting system.
This feature is useful if:
The transaction has already been posted manually.
The transaction shouldn't be exported through the integration.
Always verify your accounting records before marking a transaction as exported to avoid missing or duplicating entries.

Can Nordea delete an incorrect transaction?
No. Completed transactions can't be deleted.
If a transaction is incorrect, it must instead be handled through a refund, a dispute, or a correcting accounting entry.
Is the transaction sent to my accounting system when I select Mark as exported?
No. The transaction is only given the status Exported in Nordea and isn't sent to your accounting system.
Can I edit a transaction after it has been exported?
Yes. Some information can still be edited in Nordea. However, changes won't automatically update a transaction that has already been posted to your accounting system, so any necessary corrections may also need to be made there.
