Select or deselect the boxes to grant or remove access.
Changes are saved automatically.
Permission effects:
When access is granted, the company appears on the user's dashboard.
The user can click on the company to manage it.
Access can be revoked at any time by deselecting the box.
4. Departments
Under the Departments tab, you can manage and control different permissions in the system. This allows you to specify which companies a particular person should have access to.
Only administrators can change these settings. Users who have access to multiple companies will only see the companies they have been granted access to in their view.
This ensures that each user only has access to the information that is relevant to their role.
